However, the principle is the same as with anglyph – the screen shows two slightly different images overlapping with each other, and the polarized 3D glasses see each image in each lens, which creates the illusion of depth. As I will explain in a moment, more and more 3D TVs are using this technology in order to avoid the need for expensive glasses.
